Zovo Expense Report
Make an expense report from your receipts: PDF reimbursement form and Excel, with policy checks.
Zovo Expense Report turns your receipts into an expense reimbursement report. ChatGPT reads your receipt photos or your pasted list and passes the lines (date, merchant, category, amount, currency, payment method, receipt yes or no). You get a PDF report with employee, department, period and purpose, a line table, category subtotals, advances subtracted, the total due and a signature block, plus an Excel file with the same numbers. It flags missing receipts, duplicates, weekend and holiday items, items outside the period, alcohol in meals and lines above a cap, as warnings. Mileage uses the IRS business rate for the date unless you give one.
What it does
- PDF reimbursement report with line table, category subtotals, advances, total due and approval signature block
- Excel workbook with the same lines and totals, plus Flags and Policy sheets
- Policy flags: missing receipts (75 or more by default), duplicates, weekends and public holidays, outside the period, alcohol in meals, per-line cap
- Mileage lines: miles times the IRS business rate for the date, or your rate
- Other currencies: per-line or report-level exchange rates; lines without a rate stay out of the total and are listed
- Corporate card lines are listed but not reimbursed
